Every spec ships with its flowchart. Below the map: the exact enrollment criteria, then each action with its parameters.

  2. When to use it, when not toThe cases where this workflow is the wrong tool.
  3. PrerequisitesEvery property to create first: label, internal name, type, options.

  5. StepsNumbered HubSpot actions with parameters, branches and delays.
  6. DiagramThe flowchart above, for the build and for the client deck.
  7. Known pitfallsRe-enrollment loops, timing traps, tier limits that bite in production.

Honest about tiers: each spec states the minimum hub and tier, and flags anything that only works on Operations Hub or Enterprise.

FAQ

Is this a HubSpot app or a template I import?

Neither. It is documentation precise enough to build the workflow yourself in 20 to 60 minutes, in any portal, without giving anyone access. A portal installer through the Automation API is on the roadmap; Everything and Pro buyers get it first if it ships.

Which HubSpot tier do I need?

Every spec states its minimum hub and tier. Most need Professional, because Starter only ships simple automation. Anything that needs Operations Hub (format data, custom code) or Enterprise is labelled as such.

How are the specs written?

From public HubSpot documentation and ten years of implementation work. Where a behaviour could not be confirmed against the current UI, the spec says so inline rather than guessing.

How often do new specs ship?

Thirty every Friday, three per category, until the catalogue of 500 is complete (end of December 2026). Each batch is dated in the changelog. Buyers of a pack receive the new specs of that pack at no extra cost.

What do I get after paying?

A download with PDF and Markdown versions of every spec in your pack, plus web access. New specs added to your pack are sent to the same email.

Can my agency use this with clients?

Yes. The licence covers use on any portal you work on. It does not cover reselling or republishing the specs themselves.
